The research „Children victims of offences and criminal procedure: the case of the Republic of Moldova” was conducted by CIC SocioPolis in partnership with the National Centre for Child Abuse Prevention within January – June 2013. The research involves the analysis of the situation existing in the Republic of Moldova regarding the participation of children victims in legal procedures (criminal prosecution, trial) and the role of each participant (criminal officer, prosecutor, judge, children, parent/legal representative, guardianship authority, psychologist/teacher) in this process. In this context, we inquired the opinion and experiences of children victims of crimes, judges, prosecutors, criminal officers, representatives of local public authorities and decision makers.
