The survey on the assessment of the quality of services in Chisinau International Airport
The survey on the assessment of the quality of services in Chisinau International Airport was carried out by CIC SocioPolis during January-February 2014. The questionnaire-based sociological survey was conducted to analyze the opinion of Chisinau International Airport regarding services provided. Passengers of flights waiting in the „sterile zone” were interviewed after passing through and custom and border control.
