The study on the social protection system from the perspective of the institutional and legal-normative frameworks for the purpose of improving this system at the central, rayon and community level in order to ensure a multidisciplinary approach of beneficiary’s needs was carried out by CIC SocioPolis at the request of UNICEF Moldova, IOM Moldova and Terre des Hommes Moldova within August-October 2011. The goal of the study aimed at evaluating inter-sectoral dimension of the social protection system in terms of legislative-normative and institutional frameworks at the community, rayon and national levels based on multidisciplinary approach of the needs of the beneficiary.
