Consulting services for the development of the action research in the field of early childhood education, Ministry of Education, May – November 2014. The overall objective of the above-mentioned component aimed at informing institutions training specialists in early childhood education (universities and pedagogical colleges) about the implementation of Action Research in early childhood education institutions. Five research teams were appointed including researchers from institutions training specialists in early childhood education (State Pedagogical University "Ion Creanga" Pedagogical College "Alexei Mateevici" and the State University of Moldova) and experienced practitioners in the field (kindergarten principals and specialists of both, preschool institutions from Chisinau municipality and rural localities of Moldova) who implemented action researches in five kindergartens.
